Being able to create an easy, quick, delicious appetizer is one of the best skills to have. With that being said I will teach you exactly how you could acquire these skills if you haven’t already.

There is an infinite list of things you can prepare in less than 30 minutes and it will come out delicious.

The one I’m going to be teaching about to you is about nachos.

A quick overview of how to prepare some nachos is having chips, meat, cheese, and any other toppings you would like to add

But let’s just dig in right away so you could be on your way to creating your own delicious masterpiece.

Cooking the Meat

You could make nachos with or without meat.

That is one of the beauties of nachos because they are so versatile and you could do anything you want to with them.

So if you are a vegetarian or don’t eat meat feel free to skip this step and go to the next one.

You could use any type of meat you like it could be chicken, fish, shrimp, or ground beef the possibilities are endless.

I love eating ground beef so this time I decided to go with it.

Seasoning Your Meat

I was scavenging through my kitchen trying to figure out how to season my meat, but after like 5 minutes of not making my mind up I decided to just keep it simple.

So I decided just to add some soy sauce, salt, pepper, and a hint of garlic.

I sprinkled all of these ingredients on the meat and mixed them all around.

Once the meat was seasoned I put it on the stove and started cooking it.

  • A quick tip is if you are cooking ground beef make sure to drain it once it’s done cooking so you don’t have to deal with all that extra grease and that way you’ll be eating healthier as well.

In the meantime, I started getting the chips ready.

Toasting Your Nacho Chips

There are a whole lot of different ways to prepare your nacho chips.

You could make them from scratch and fry them or cook them on a stove.

Or you could be like me and just grab a bag of chips from your pantry and use those as your nachos.

bag of chips

I had this bag of chips laying around my pantry and finally found some use for them.

I kind of went through the same thinking process as my last post about creating nachos.

Step by Step Guide Cooking Curry Beef Cheesy Lemon Nachos

I had the same concept of using some chips from a regular bag, but this time I chose a better appropriate size of chips that would accommodate the whole eating nacho experience greatly.

I laid out the whole bag of chips on a sheet tray.

I’m going to let you in on a little secret that you could use to enhance the flavor of your nachos.

So are you ready for it?

This little piece of information could flip your whole world upside down!

So hearing that if you are still interested in learning my secret stay tuned.

My secret is that whenever I have some chips and I want to enhance their flavor and overall experience I bake them for a little bit.

But that’s not all before I put them in the oven to toast I add some lemon juice and garlic salt to them.

I spread it evenly covering all of the nachos and stick them to toast.

Another tip for those super cheese lovers is to sprinkle a little bit of cheese on the chips when you are toasting them to enter that next level of super cheesiness.

Don’t worry you will be able to add more cheese to it later, that’s just so you could have some extra cheese ready.

Putting Everything Together

So once you have all of your food cooked all the way and your chips are ready to go its time to assemble them together.

This is the part where you get to feel like an artist because you get to put everything together and decorate it however you want.

Steps to Decorate Your Nachos

You get your finished cooked meat and you spread it evenly all around the nachos.

You then add some cheese and spread it evenly all around.

Now is when you could add some more toppings. You could add some jalapenos, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, beans, sauces, anything your heart desires.

I want to keep it simple so I just left it with the basic cheese and that’s it.
